Environments containing high-pressure corrosive gas such as for fiber glass processing, rare-earth refinement, chemical and medicine production, sewage deodorization, anaerobic manufacturing, acid recycling etc.
Product features:
- Ø Max. pressure up to 7000Pa, with wide application for multiple kinds of operation status; Efficient energy performance to generate profits and cost saving.
- Ø The enclosure, inlet bell and impeller of this series high-pressure fan are made of pure fiber glass reinforced plastic, which has completely changed the fabricating process for fiber glass reinforced plastic lined with traditional carbon-steel.
- Ø The bolts linking the enclosure and iron support is treated by complete profiling wrapping method which has completely solved the issue of bolt damage due to corrosion.
- Ø The fan is featured with dual-level seat for easy maintenance without necessity to remove the anchor bolts.
