Characteristics and functions of products
PVC crust foamed plate has such characteristics as sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation, temperature-keeping, etc.
The material is incombustible and safe for use.
All series of products have properties of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance and vibration resistance.
All series of products have properties of weathering proof, its luster is not easy to be ageing and remain forever.
This product is light and convenient for construction, storage and transportation.
This product can be worked with normal tools for wooden material.
This products can be conducted like wooden material in drilling, sawing, nailing, planning and bonding.
It applies to thermal shaping, thermal bending and fold processing.
It can be welded and also bonded with other PVC material.
The surface of this product is smooth and can be printed.(Clean the surface before printing).
Sheet standard thickness 2-30mm. Sheet standard width: 915mm/1220mm/2050mm
Applications
Transport industry: ship, plane, bus, train, floor covering, core layer, indoor decoration plate.
Architecture decoration industry:outdoors plate, indoors decoration plate, residential house, office, separation of public building, commercial decoration frame, plate used in dust-free room, ceiling plate.
Advertisement industry: screen printing, computer engraving, ad. Board, exhibition plate, logo plate.
Industry application: rot proof project in chemical industry, thermal shaped part, plate for refrigeration warehouse, special cool-keeping project, environmental protection plate.
Other applications: construction mold plate, sports apparatus, aquaculture material, seashore wet-proof facility, water-resistant material, arts material and all sorts of light separation plate.
After-sales service
All the technical documents of machines will be in English.,such as lay-out drawings, Electrical diagram, Manual book. Our company should send all necessary files to the buyers since project completion. All documents of machines should be shipped with machines together.
Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work.
1.After we completed the production line, we will note customer to inspection the machine in our factory, after inpection ok, we will shipped the machines.
2. After machines be delivered to customer’s factory; cutomer should be responsible for all preparation work, example,. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
3. After the preparation work completion, cutomer should tell us, we will send engineer to test the machine production line and give free training lessons for cutomers' technical staff.
Quality guarantee
1.Guarantee period and after-sales services: 13 months since date of bill of lading.
During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us.
Long-terms service: Our company will provide long-term technical guide for our machine.
