WKLH pellet machine is the reformed product made on the basis of the wood pellet of the company and  according to the characteristics of biomass fuel granulating, and is mainly used for pressing combustible materials such as saw dust and grass into pellet. It adopts professional forced feeder, strengthened transmission parts, dedicated ring die, press roll and hoop.

The machine type is usually equipped with 8mm and 10mm ring dies, because the 8mm and 10mm particle diameters are more favorable for combustion. Ring dies with other bore diameters can also be equipped according to different demands of users.

Features of pellet machine:

1.This kinds of pellet machinemainly used for press different kinds of biomass material such as sawdust, wood log/branch, wheat/rice straw, corn stalk, etc into pellet, it adopt professional forced feeder, strengthened transmission parts, dedicated ring die press roller and hoop. 

2.The main driving adopts highprecision gear drive, so that the output is improved by about 20% when compared with that of belt drive.

3.imported high quality bearing and oil seal are adopted to ensure efficient. the machine operation are stable and low nose. the granulating room is equipped with air suction temperature reducing systme.

4.International advanced compensation type snakelike spring coupling has the properties of novel and compact structure, high safety, low noise and low fault rate.
