1.Features: Aluminum Film Vacuum Coating Machine adopts the resistance heating in the vacuum chamber, to melt and vaporize the metal wire (aluminum wire) cling to the resistance wire. The vaporized metal molecule deposit on the substrates, to gain the smooth film as well as high reflectivity. Thus the surface of the items can be decorated and beautified. With a reasonable structure, coating evenly into good quality, pumping speed, the cycle of short, high efficiency and easy operation, low energy consumption and performance advantages of stability.
2.Application:Widely used in reflective Cup, cosmetics, shoe heel, TPU, ABS, PS, PP, PC, PVC, PET, nylon, metal, Boli, glass, ceramics, audio and various small appliances, sanitary,clocks and watches, cell phones,cosmetic caps, cosmetics,toys,etc.
3.We can design machine based on user requirements specification models of Vacuum Coaters. Vacuum units and electric control system can be designed according to user requirements.
