I. Description of Water cooling tower :
Cooling tower is mainly applied to air conditioning cooling system , cooling series , plastic , leather , power generation, and steam turbine , aluminum processing , air compressor , industrial cooling tower , cooling for industrial production or refrigeration technology process.
1.Tower body:
Made of FRP composite material, imported surface gel coat materials containing anti-ultraviolet stabilizer in color, with the merits of smooth surface , anti-aging, difficult to fade.
2.Motor:
Famous brand motor with hermetic waterproof, protection grade IP55, insulation F grade
Heat elimination film using Taiwan PVC and imported milk white PP, the maximum temperature resistance of PVC and PP 120degreel
3.Water Distribution system:
With the rotating tube type water distribution , water distribution device is made of ABS or copper alloy, with long-standing service and uniform water distribution
4.Transmission:
All rotating components adopt imported bearing with high precision and low repair rate, selects imported strong “V” shape belt with high strength , wear resistance and long service life.
Use metal parts for the outer pipes hitch of cooling tower and flange, adopt copper alloy swivel, which has reduce broken of tube connection hitch, flange and abraded of swivel in the largest degree.
Good material and reasonable design of the tower body ensure the long service life and cooling effect.
