The complete line main description:
1/ The plant can produce different volume bottles, from 200ml to 2000ml bottles, round and square bottles, plastic and glass bottles. It is very easy to change the different bottle molds.
2/ The plant is highly automatic, you can operate on the touch screen to adjust the machine speed and working.
3/ We have different speed plants, commonly, 2000BPH, 4000BPH, 7000BPH, 10,000BPH, 15000BPH..ect.
4/ The material is stainless steel 304, food grade much clean and safe.
5/ We provide the engineers for customer installation, training in customer's factory.

Spare Parts On Machines
1. We provide the complete machines' layout, design according to customer's factory.
2. We provide the complete English manual book for customer, all the machines' touch screen operation is English words, we have Russia, Spanish, Portuguese, French..ect to choose.
3. After delivery, we will send our engineer to customers' factory to install the machines and also train workers how to operate and maintenance. Engineer's salary: 80USD/Per day.
4. Our warranty time is 18 months after the machines installation.
If happen any question on our machine, we will response you with the solution less than 24 hours.
5. We provide the 12 months easy broken spare parts as free, and also provide the spare parts book to customer.
6. Payment method: 30% T/T as deposit after signature the contract, 70% T/T or L/C after inspection before delivery.
7 Common delivery time: 35-50days after confirm the bottle and cap design.
