Working Conditions:

  • Mediums: Water, oil, middle corrosion liquids and other mediums including solid granule.
  • Pressure: Up to 15bar or 218psi
  • Speed: Up to 10m/s or 33ft/s
  • Temperature: -40°C to 200°C (depending on materials used
Material:
  1. Seal face: Carbon graphite antimony impregnated (A), Carbon graphite resin impregnated (B), Silicon carbide, Tungsten carbide 
  2. Seat: Silicon carbide, Tungsten carbide, Special cast CrMo steel, Aluminium oxide 
  3. Elastomer: NBR, EPDM, FKM, HNBR
  4. Metal parts: steel 

Design features: Elastomeric bellows seal design including kinds of stationary ring, complying with DIN24960, ISO3069
