Introduction
TLC703 Rack is a G.703 balance to unbalance converter, it solved the signal convert problem between 75ohm copper shaft to 120 ohm, twisted-pair adopt TLC703 Rack, users can complete 75ohm copper shaft communication only use usually 120ohm twisted-pair copper shaft.
