I. Equipment Feature

1. This machine with dual-drive adopts the special technology of secondary spreading materials and secondary repressing, to produce different two-surface light-quality heat-preservation vent-pipe board once with mixed magnesium inorganic cementing material, agricultural wastes and perlite powder. The equipment has the following features: high automatization degree, low labor intensity, easy technology, automatic spreading no-woven cloth, automatic material feeding, precise transfer, stable running and no noise. With even thickness and high bond strength, the product is the most favorable equipment for the enterprise which manufacture the vent-pipe by hand and the ideal investment project for middle and small investor.

2. According to the requirement of market and application, it can produce light-quality heat-preserving board with different specification (Thickness: 20mm—60mm, length: 2000mm—3600mm and width: 600mm—1300mm), and we can produce according to the special requirements. 

3. This production line also produce heat-preservation material about interior and exterior wall with different specifications, which is a renewed product for traditional wall heat-preservation materials production enterprise.

II. Product Feature

1. Energy-saving: With low thermal coefficient and small wind resistance, the composite vent-pipe improve largely the transmission efficiency of cold and hot air.

2. Easy operation, installation and transportation. With light quality, high strength and small volume, so the installation space above this product is not required.

3. Noise Reduction. With good sound-insulation performance, it can keep the indoor environment quiet and reduce the noise arised from air vibration and machinery with its performances. At the same time, it has such features: heat-preservation, shock absorption and sound absorption.

4. Excellent fireproof performance with fireproof grade A, and it can improve largely the quality of air, because it don’t rust, go moldy, accumulate dust, reproduce bacteria, produce odour, produce grain and ball pollution as well as organic volatile.

5. Good sealing performance and super high breaking-resistant intensity. The cementing structure improves largely the sealing performance. In view of that the breaking-resistant intensity is 2.5Mpa and it can bear 2500 Pa wind pressure, so the product can be used by the high, middle and low pressure ventilation system.

III.Attention

1. Sign the contract printed by Industry and Commerce Bureau.

2. We train 2~3 technical personnel for free, as well as provide installation and testing for customers to ensure production.

After purchased the equipment, our company will take responsibility for trainning technical personnel until he can get the skill.
