Gypsum block Production line process

Raw material preparation: First of all, the raw material needs to be inspected to ensure that it meets the requirements of the design and specifications. Raw materials include fly ash, sand, water and cement additives, etc.

Weighing and batching: According to the standard ratio, the raw materials are weighed and batched to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent process.

Mixing with water: Mix the above materials with water and stir through a mixer until a suitable concrete mixture is formed.

Transfer and material level control: The stirred material is transferred to the storage hopper of the automatic block machine through the belt conveyor, and control the material level;

Block machine operation: Block machine receives and stores the material in the hopper, presses and forms the block prototype.

Equipment power off cleaning inspection and maintenance: After maintenance for a period of time, the maintenance room may carry out equipment power off cleaning, and check and maintenance of the block.

Batch stacking test: The cured blocks will be stacked in different batches according to the strength level and test. Test will be carried out within a certain period of time, such as dimensional deviation, appearance quality, compressive strength, etc.

Preparation before delivery: When the performance specifications of the block meet the requirements, the preparation before delivery can be carried out, including packaging, marking and possible transportation arrangements.
