Operation
1., turn on a switch (attention :The whole machine has to connect a ground of protection dependablely ).
2. Adjust the temperature reaches ( needed 120-200°C ) , then open a switch to heat.
3. put the pipe insert the press board, then move a flat surface body to the front shelf , wait for temperature rising to fixed temperature.
4. When temperature arrived, fetch the small part of finished products to print, when the sample which attained the standard, just can produce the large quantities.
5. manual operation: turn the switch to the working side, according to the character of the printer, set the temperature time, turn the printer thing on the flat surface, pull the flat surface body to the proper position, button the switch, then the bottom surface body rise and press strongly . when this machine display the setting temperature. Button the switch again, the bottom surface body is descending immediately, then you can take out the printer thing.
6. Automatic operation : button the automatic switch , set control time, pave the printer goods, pull the top flat surface body to the head, when the front object touch the switch, then the working stop. this machine works and stops according to the setting time.
