Overview:
Universal can and rotor transfer pump is suitable to tenderly transfer high-viscosity matters or the matters containing particles. It is suitable for hygienic and aseptic place. Tenderly handling matters, slow rotational speed(200-600rpm), adjustable transportation speed, especially suitable for the mediums that are easy to foaming or may be damaged during high-speed transportation. It is also used as a metering pump. It is suitable for on-the-pot CIP cleaning and steam sterilization. Hygienic handling conforms to GMP standard.

Flow: It is appropriate to select the middle value of the technical data.
Working temperature: -20— -150centigrade(the highest sterilization temperature180centigrade)
Working environment and medium: Confirm whether explosion protection is the must.
Working conditions: Universal cam and rotor transfer pump belongs to self priming pump, can adopt frequency conversion or mechanical speed regulating.
Pump body material: Selection between 316Land 304 according to medium.
Sealing material: Standard rubber sealing ring adopts silicone rubber, select fluororubber, ethylene propylene dienerubber, polytef, butyronitrile. Standard mechanical sealing adopt silicon carbide-hard alloy, can select graphite-silicon carbide, graphite- silicon carbide, graphite-ceramics etc. According to medium.
