Products introduction:
We can stamp the pattern or words on the stamped materials through heating and add pressure method, by Hot stamping machine. Then you need prepare one words or pattern Metal Panel( for example: Stereotype, Copperplate),, and heating up to the temperature,. Finally put the relevant product on the Metal Panel, and apply the suitable press(keeping 0.4-0.7s).then the Beautifully Pattern will be show deeply in our mind. ,please pay attention to :Please choose suitable temperature, press , stamping time in different materials, so that it can come to ideal hot stamping effect.

Stamping Time:0.4-0.7S

This foil is the material to make gilding cards, according to the different gilding contents, so the foil has different specification to suit for different gilding matter. Generally the temperature of gilding card is between 110°Cto 125°C,and the time is about 5 minutes.
