Spiral sand washer application:
Spiral Sand washing machine improves the quality of sand by removing the dust in it. It is therefore widely used in building-sites, gravel factories, concrete dam sites, glass factories, cement mixture stations, quarries, hydropower stations, and electric pole factories, etc.
Working Principle of the spiral sand washer machine:
The sand and gravel flow into washing launder from feeding launder, churned, overturned by the impeller, the impurity in the sand will be washed away from washing launder. Finally, the clean sand will be lift up by the impeller to finish the washing process. the water will be remained in the launder to be reused.
