Brief Introduction of the fine crusher :
The third generation sand making machine (PXJ Series High-Efficiency Fine Impact Crusher) incorporates the advantages of the third-stage sand making machine, hammer crusher, impact crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher. It adopts "stone-stone" principle with a huge arc-shaped crushing cavity, which is a screen cavity with grate seam. We achieve the low cost operation of fine crusher completely for the specialized plate hammer. It has gained the deep trust from customers and high market-occupying rate with the increasing product function.
It is widely applied in all kinds of ores, cement, fireproofing material, bauxite chamotte, emery, glass raw material, machined construction sand, stone, all kinds of metallurgical slag, etc.
Working Principle and Structure of fine impact crusher:
It is a kind of the crushing equipment using impact energy to crush materials driven by the motor. When the materials get into the area where the plate hammer effects, by whose high-speed impact function, the crushed materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously, and then they are rebounded from the impact liner to the effect area of the plate hammer to be crushed again. The materials are repeatedly crushed from big size to small size in the impact cavity. The process goes on until the materials are crushed to the required size and then discharged from the down part of the machine.
