Hose pump is also called peristaltic pump.
BT101S Basic Speed –Variable Peristaltic Pump flow range is 0.00011-720ml/min(with different pump head). Rotate speed is 0.1-150rpm.With basic functions such as reversible direction, start/stop, full speed (fast cleaning), adjust speed .Dispensing function can realize the repeat timing quantitative dispensing liquid .RS485 interface, as adopting the MODBUS communication protocol, the pump is easier to be connected with other equipments, such as computer ,human machine interface and PLC.
Function and Feature
• Four-figure digital LED indicator displays working speed.
• LED indicator displays the internal control, external control, footswitch and other working mode.
• Mask keypad operation.
• Reversible direction, start/stop, full speed, state memory (power-down memory).
• Easy dispensing function, it realizes the repeat timing quantitative dispensing liquid.
• 0.1-100 rpm, the speed resolution is 0.1 rpm. 100-150 rpm, the speed resolution is 1 rpm.
• ABS plastic housing, patent protection, creative streamlined appearance, beautiful and practical.
• Can drive multi-channels and various types of pump heads.
• The circuit board with conformal coating makes it dust-proof and moisture-proof.
• Super anti-interference feature, wide input voltage range, acceptable for the complex power environment.
• External high-low electrical level controls the start/stop, reversible direction and easy dispensing function,
optically coupled isolator; External analog adjusts the rotate speed.
• RS485 interface, MODBUS protocol is available, easy to connect other equipments.
• Optional footswitch or timer for dispensing fluid.
