1. product name: CNG high pressure pipe/bundy pipe round tube
2. standard and Material: ISO15500, BHG-1 or as the customers' requirement to choose the material
3. Treatment: Soft annealed, hot dipped galvanized; Air-tight test 30MPa
4. Product usage: CNG high pressure tube is used for LPG , CNG sequential injection system conversion kits.
5. Tube surface with 5-8 um zinc coated, which can keep 72-100 hour salt spray Test without red rust.
6. Both ends of tube without rag, corner processing, smooth, absence of istortion.
7. Steel tube is welding tube with annealing treatment before zinc plating.
8. Inside of tube should be no rust
9.Bending tube with tools of 25mm radius, bending torsion should no more than 11NM

11. PVC package requirement
Pancake high pressure LPG pipe should be covered with PVC after zinc plating, single wall thickness is 0.65±0.2mm.
There is 20-50mm naked tube without PVC at the roll ends. Both ends are fit with white plastic jacket.
