Specifications

The container is durable, weather-resistant steel, treated for corrosion resistance. This container is painted with environmental friendly Epoxy paint for durability and appearance,
With sound level 80 dB (A) / ± 2 dB (A) at 7 meter
· The floor is made from 2,5mm chequered plates.
· There is a removable segment or “back doors” in the container for bringing in/out the generator set.
Painting
The complete container will be finish painted, interior and exterior with epoxy paint. Colour shall be White (RAL# 1001). The floor will be coated with gray or Black epoxy paint.
Ventilation system
Intake and combustion air shall enter through Sand trap fixed open louver sections. These will be installed in the back of the container and sized for the requirements of the installed Genset.
The Intake and discharge Louvers closure will occur upon engine shut down or loss of DC power. (Engine stopped/running signal will be provided by free issued generator mounted EMCP control panel). Screens will be provided to prevent birds etc from entering.
Crankcase fumes disposal lines are piped to exterior of the container near to the radiator discharge.
Cable access
A load cable access area will be provided in the side of the container for easier load cable access.
Emergency stop push buttons
Two (2) emergency stop push buttons will be installed outside the container. One at each side of the container located near to the personal door, wired to shutdown circuit of the generator control system.
Access doors
Four (4) gasketed access doors are provided for the generator set compartment.
· All doors are equipped with steel hinges and latches with provisions for locking.
Container fixing
Six shipped loose latches/fixing plates will be provided to allow fastening of the container to the foundation under the container; with this fixing plates there is flexibility in mounting procedure and tolerances.
Fluid tie in
Fuel in/out, coolant drain, lubricant oil drain, and spare pipe 1 1/2 inch shall be routed outside the container with adequate valve size.
Exhaust gas system
One (1) exhaust gas silencer, noise suppression installed inside the Enclousre.
To prevent additional heat loads to the container’s interior, interconnecting pipes will be insulated by means of non-combustible mineral wool, covered with Aluminium metal sheets.
AC/DC distribution board
· One (1) 220 V, 50 Hz, single phase distribution panel board will be provided. For auxiliary connections for external power source feeding (jacket water heater, battery charger, and space heater in generator.)
Internal lighting
· Three (3) AC lamps will be provided in the generator set compartment.
Emergency Lighting
One (1) complete auxiliary interior lighting system consisting of two (2) 24 VDC. wired to one (1) manually operated 0 to 60 minute timer located at the personnel entry door closest to the engine/generator control panel powered by the Genset batteries. One lighting switch and one socket will be installed at each entrance door

Sequence of operation
Generator is ON, Running Mode
Air Intake Louvers Open
Discharge Louvers open
Fans louvers closed and Ex-proof fan is OFF.
Gas detector detect contamination in the Air, Emergency Mode (Hazard)
Alarm and Genset shut down
Air Intake Louvers Shut down
Discharge Louvers still open
Fans louvers open and Ex-proof fan start to Purge air to outside the Enclosure, It should take air from Safe Area.
The Container is cleaned, Stop mode
Air Intake Louvers closed
Discharge Louvers closed
Fans louvers closed and Ex-proof fan is OFF
Genset is OFF.

Inlet Air should be provided from safe area
After Pre-set time. Genset go to Run Mode
System includes:
Explosion proof electric motor driven fan will be provided. The ventilation fan will start when the generator set is stopped, equipped with motorized louvers and anti-animal net. Fan motors protection: Ex-Proof IP55
