DXGF 3-in-1 automatic soft drinks making machine

The series of filling machine are the integrated rinsing, filling and capping machine,suitable for producting various PET bottled carbonated soft drink, such as cola, carbonated water, soda water, yogurt drink.
Main specification:
1).Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn't changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way.
2).Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck way in the whole conveying process. When bottle type change the board related with bottle diameter.
3).Opening valve is driven by cylinder. High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.
4).Screw capper adopts French advanced technology, which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle.
5).The PLC and transducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.
6).The whole process is automatic. The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new isotonic pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted.
7).it is convenient to operate with higher automation because cry part of the machine is inspected to run with photo electricity. The machine is an idea-preferred equipment for beverage makers
