3-in-1 galss bottled Beer filling machine
The glass bottle filling line can fill beer or beverage in glass bottles. It introduces foreign technology and reaches advanced world level in technical characteristic, reliability and stability.
The filler has double evacuation function and high pressure fobbing device. The exposed gear and frequency conversion stepless speed controlling drive make a feature of high efficiency, low noise and long life.
The bottle washer has the characteristics of more soaking tanks and longer soaking time.
Pasteurizer utilizes micro-computer auto control principle. It adopts stainless steel structure entirely.
The caser and uncaser have the advantages of smooth operation, reliable motion, high efficiency and easy operation. All the processes are controlled by PC program.
The conveying system controls the speed of bottles according to the operating condition of the production line, which avoids jam and deformation caused by the extrusion of bottles.
2. Canned beer or beverage filling line:
The beverage filling line is for can filling of carbonated/non-carbonated beverage or beer. It has many advantageous features, such as high automation, stable performance and so on. It enjoys good reputation and sales at home and abroad.
The can filler and seamer are designed integratively. The moving of the filler is driven by the seamer, which ensures the stability of the filling level, and reduce the oxygen content in cans. All the components that have contact with the beverage materials are made of stainless steel.
The carton case packer is a full automatic packing machine with German MEYPACK technology. It has many functions, such as the conveying of cans, collocation, encasement, carton case forming, glue spraying, electrical automatic control and so on.
The conveyor system can control the forward speed of the cans accordingto the operating condition of every single machine in the processing line. This design avoids the jam and deformation problems that are usually caused by the extrusion of the cans.
The mixer is a special equipment for carbonated beverage. It is fully made of stainless steel with high mixture precision. The key components of the production line are imported from the internationally famous manufacturers abroad to ensure the stability of the whole machine.
