Application of thermal oil heater industry.
Brief introduction of structure:
Organic heat carrier furnace is a kind of special boiler model is also called the heat-conducting oil furnace, has the advantages of low pressure, high temperature characteristics, the heatingtemperature can reach 340 ℃ liquid or vapor phase 400 ℃. All need to be uniform and stable toheating, various production fields and does not allow the process heating temperature direct fire heating at 150 ℃ -380 ℃ in the organic heat carrier heating.

YGL TYPE COAL COMBUSTION:
Traditional combustion technology using organic heat carrier furnace of YGL type coal combustion,fuel from the door into combustion on the grate, high temperature flue gas in the inner tube wallradiation heat transfer. Through the internal coil top rotating 180 ° then enter into the interlayerregion, outer tube is formed the convection heating surface.
