2015 New alibaba industrial horizontal boilers for coal fuel,waste heat boiler
1.The boiler is a water-pipe steam boiler with two boiler drums and A-type longitudinal arrangement and assembly.Its mainframe is assembled into two key parts,the upper heating surface(body) and down combustion apparatus in company. After the boiler reaches to the user' destination, as the upper and lower part are assembled, the other parts of the boiler could be installed. The combustion chamber consists of the water screen tube arranged aroud the furnace and the steam drum.The convection heating surface is formed through arranging dense convection bank between its upper and lower boiler drum on the back.The soot deposit on the convection bank could not be cleaned out by soot blower on the second retrace of the convection bank.There are two manholes set on the rear wall,which is convenient for checking and repairing all the furance walls. A cast iron economezer is set up independently on the after section of the boiler.
2.The upper and lower boiler drums are equipped with manhole devices relatively, with one at front and one at back of the upper boiler drum.One hand hole is set on the left header tank,one on the right tank,and one rispectively at both ends of the front header tank,alll of which is convenient for checking and repairing, as well as the cleaning of the boiler after breakdown.
3.The fire grate adopts new hunk coal-tightness fire grate segment (the former fire grate was the chip-type one), easy and reliable for operation.Such fire grate improves the operation reliability of the boiler to a large extent, and in general, allows the heated fire grate to be free of tension and damage;the coal leaked improves the operation of the boiler is less than that of the chip-type fire grate segment,with 1-2% of coal saved.Meanwhile,it is of good ventilation and a self-cleaning capacity.
