Applicable scope:

Working principle
• The small amount soft water recycle in the autoclave and forced spray inside the autoclave by pump and nozzles.
• The steam injected to the autoclave to heat the soft water directly to realized the required remperature
• The cooling water inlet the autoclave directly to cool down the product to finalize the sterlizing processing.
Features:
• PLC program control to standardize the sterilization
• Directly heat,directly cool down, shorten the sterilizing time to ensure the quality of products
• Subsection control pressure toensure no package transforming in the processing
• Soft sterilization, the glass bottle and fragile package would not be broken when the temperature changes
• The f0 control system are available, 6:save energy, reduce the cost of soft water and steam, accelerate the sterilization
• Soft water sterilization, no pollution the package
• The uniform heat distribution makes the steady products quality
