1.Frame:

The water circulating tank and milk tank. Water circulation tank is divided into two layers, the upper water layer by hot water, refrigeration compressor refrigeration, water circulating through the circulating pump and water. Milk tank is divided into three layers, the outermost layer is the insulating layer, the middle layer is hot water sterilization, the inner layer is a milk.  Uses the high quality stainless steel production.

2.Work process:

The water temperature and the temperature of the milk is set up, the water temperature exceeds the set temperature of circulating water sterilization layer into cold water to reduce the temperature of the milk sterilization machine, when the water temperature is too low circulating water pump into the hot water, improve water temperature, the water temperature maintained at the set temperature. Milk tank above the stirring device, through agitating device for agitating milk to make the milk is heated evenly.

3. Capability:

Sterilization time is 5-40 minutes adjustable; sterilization temperature 50 - 99 degrees Celsius is adjustable and is provided with an automatic temperature control device. Sterilizing water tank with insulation facilities and a temperature compensation device, effectively ensuring the balance of the water temperature, ensure sterilization effect.
