Product Description
The whole produce line suits for opening different kinds of short fiber(wool,cotton, polyester fiber,polyester wadding) and filling pillows.As fiber opening, foam shredding and mixing one set. Filling small cushion, sofa cushion and pillows.
That is characteristically maximum mixing polyester fiber, polyester wadding, shredded foam and feathers evenly. You can weight each packing when you are filling. The cushion and pillows after filling is well shaped and beautiful. The efficiency is higher than hand work, and unified standards.

FAQ
Payment terms: 30%TT in advance, balance against BL copy.
After receiving deposit, we start producing. Within 30 days, products will be ready. Customer or we will arrange the shipment. We will provide packing list, invoice and BL copy to customers after the products had been shiped. Customer will pay the balance against the copy. After receiving balance, we will send original documents to customers.
Packaging & Shipping
We use ply-wood for wooden case. All covered. Packing is strong enough to protect the products.
For each corner, we use cardboard to protect, to prevent friction between the machine and the packaging damaged.
Placstic cover, to prevent water come inside the machine when shipping.
