Ball fiber machine
This equipment is mostly to make the polyester fiber into ball shape fiber which appearance like pearl.
The opened fiber will be good as filling materials for sofa cushion, bedding, pillows, toys and clothing which make them fuller and well elasticity.
The size of the ball shape and the tightness can be adjusted accordingly.
Advantage: 1. Less maintenence disign, prevent fibre come into the gaps and bearing. Customer do not need to clean every day and prevent stuck if rubbish too much.
2. Baking painting. Use baking painting, the painting will hard to get off when machine running long time. Machine looks like new after long time using.
3. Famous brand motor. Use local famous brand Dongguan motor, "CCC" certificate, Customer doesn't worry about the problem of the motor.
4. 95% complete carding polyester fibre.

Payment terms: 30%TT in advance, balance against BL copy.
After receiving deposit, we start producing. Within 30 days, products will be ready. Customer or we will arrange the shipment. We will provide packing list, invoice and BL copy to customers after the products had been shiped. Customer will pay the balance against the copy. After receiving balance, we will send original documents to customers.
