1.About Our transformer how to make quality no any problem.

first we used is good material silicon sheet.thinkness is 0.35mm.second we make winding time calcutae the data according silicon sheet 1.1 times.and copper wire we make current according 6A per square.aluminum wire small current we do according 3A per square.big current we do according 1A base one square.

we have winding machine and Dipping paint(immerse machine).silicon testing no loading current machine.

if we receive customer order.we first make one sample testing.and show customer detail testing report.and silicon size and wire size for our customer reference.after custome confirm okay.we will begining make all production order.bcos sale person also is one technician person.
