1, Process Principle of air separation unit equipment
PSA nitrogen making uses the air as its raw material. By use of the selective adsorption character of carbon molecular sieve, this process separates nitrogen and oxygen on the basis of the principle that pressurization gives adsorption and depressurization gives desorption.
