Suit to high pressure and temperature,especially in chemical processing and hydrocarbon plants in strong acids.SONFLON 7830 is a structured PTFE-Gasket-Sheet manufactured by a unique process which provides a high level of fiberillation to overcome the creep relaxtio and cold flow problems associated with normal (skived or moukded) PTFE sheets.SONFLON 7830 is produced from virgin PTFE resin filled with Silica.
Advantages:
It is suitable for service with high pressure and temperature,especially in chemical processing and hydrocarbon plants in strong acids (excert hydrofluoric).solvents.hydrocarbon,water,steam and chlorine.
SONFLON 7830 is quick and simply to install.The used gasket can be removed easily and without residue.
