Features:
1. The series of machines is suitable for rough and and fine machining of ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and part nonmetal with high speed steel and hard alloy tool, on the machine, inner and outer cylinder, tapering, surfacing grooving and boring can be carried out.
2. It adopts AC servo motor, import drive and bell lead screw to change general type to CNC one.
3. Main transmission adopts AC servo motor through 16 steps spindle speed mechanism to perform speed range of table.
4. The work table uses dynamical pressure slide-way and NN30 dual cylinder roller bearing. It features high bearing capacity and revolving precision.
5. Pentagonal tool slide is set on the vertical tool head, square tool slide is set on the side tool head. Both tool heads are balanced hydraulically.
Packaging detail: Dismantled into fumigated wood cases, loaded into containers and fastened by iron cable.
