Features:
1. This machine tool is a CNC vertical lathe, which is designed for high precision, stability and rigidity. It applies to the turning for the tools such as hard alloy and high speed steel machine ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, and part of non-metal parts. This machine tool is suitable for the rough and finish machining of complicated surface of revolution of all kinds. It can also finish such kinds of processing as cutting groove, cutting off and counter boring, etc.
2. The agent structure of this machine tool is single column style. The guide way of its table is slide one with dynamical pressure. Feed drive is fulfilled by the ball-screw shaft and an AC servo motor.
3. The NC system of the machine tool is the Siemens 802D system, which is easy to operate and program( The customers also may choose another CNC system).The system possesses may abilities, such as linear interpolation, arc interpolation, spindle ability, tool ability assistant ability, clearance compensation, self-diagnosis ability, program storage, high speed, high precision and high reliability of alarms, program of graphic counter, the ability of graphic technics cycle,etc.
4. The machine tool vertical structure ram: T-ram with 4-position electric tools
Packaging detail: Dismantled into fumigated wood cases, loaded into containers and fastened by iron cable.
