There are two ways of installation for grating.One way is by welding,the other is by clip.The welding method is suitable for those parts which will be fixed forever,such as platforms for equipments,while the method by clip has the properties of easy to assemble and disassemble and of preventing destroying the zinc layer.
Installation clip is suitable for all types of gratings.It is made of top-cilp,bottom-clip and steel blots M8.
Welding method:at the fist bearing bar of each corner,the corner welding line should be not less than 20mm length and 3mm height.
Clip fixing method:It needs at least four sets of clip on every grating to fix.It's better to install more clips on the supportor if the span is larger.
Meanwhile,we can also supply stainless steel clips to meet different customers' requirements.
