Characteristics of diamond rock drill bit:
-PDC cutters of different features are selected and bit profile design is optimized to suit different drilling
applications in different formations to satisfy different requirements when drilling soft to medium hard formations.
-Cutting structure is force balanced, non-symmetrical blade and wide gage are designed so that the bit
drills more stable and resulting longer working life of the bit.
-Better wear resistance and higher strength of the bit are guaranteed in regard to material and structure by
using matrix body material with self-owned intellectual property rights and combining FEA analysis technology.
-Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology to enhance cleaning
and colling effects of the bit to effectively prevent bit from balling.
-CNC sintering process uses full automatic control/ Inside and outside temperature of the bit is monitored
during all procedures to fully embody material properties as well as ensure uniformity and stability of product
quality.
Diamond rock drill bit
PDC stands for Polycrystalline Diamond Compact which refers to the cutters on these drill bits. PDC bits have exceptional rates of penetration when drilling & can out preform other bits in the right conditions. The diamond cutters are 10 times stronger than steel and PDC bits are most effective when drilling through shale, salt, clay, stone, sand, and concrete.
Advantage of diamond rock drill bit:
* Increase penetration rates in oil and gas wells
* Reduce drilling time and costs
* Bit cost varies from 2%-5% of total cost, but bit affects up to 75% of total cost
* Cutters
- consist of thin layer of bonded dimond particles plus a thicker layer of tung sten carbide

APPLICATIONS of diamond rock drill bit :
* PDC bits are used primarily in deep and/or expensive wells, and are effectively used in soft-medium hard formations.
* Advances in metallurgy, hydraulics, and cutter geometry
* PDC bits drill longer and more effectively
* Most effective in very weak, brittle formations(Sandy, silty claystone, siliceous shales)

Send the inquiry with detail item description or with Model number.
If there is no packing demand we take it as sea-way packing.
If possible please attach one reference picture to avoid any misunderstanding or any links from our website for we get a better understanding.
2. About lead time and shipping time?
Answer :
The lead time depend on quantity of order. Usually shipped by sea, small order or urgent order we can send you by air after received your agreement.
According the distance from china to your port, usually from China to European about 25 days. To West of American 20 days.
