Container Gantry Crane RTG Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane
Product descriptions:
Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane(RTG) is a kind of special equipment to load and unload international standard containers 20",40",45" in the port yard, it has the advantage of high production efficiency and fine maneuverability, also the small sensibility to unevenness of the ground.
RTG is usually equipped with diesel generating set as power source, motor power is 380V,50Hz,3Ph AC,surelly,voltage could be customized as per different requirements.
Environmental Conditions:
1. The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
2. In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
3. The working duty is A6,A7,A8.
4. The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
5. The crane can be designed specially if there is special working conditions.
Modular design:
According to the general rules of products, components, it forms the hoisting mechanism modeule, trolley traction mechanism module, trolley assembly module, steel structure module, founction module, general module and etc.
The standard module production ensures product stability of quality and shortens the delivery cycle.
Advanced manufacturing technology:
Steel shot blasting pretreatment, the surface quality reaches Sa 2.5 grade.
Crane wheel and wheel shaft through the high frequency quenching and tempering treatment, it eliminates the internal stress and ensures the machining accuracy. WEIHUA pioneers the use of welding robot, the main girder inseam weld by advanced MAG welding. The main girder welding adopts radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure the welding quality.
High reliability:
The motor and ruducer are from domestic famous brands with industry reconnition, quality assurance. It has highly reliable quality.
The main electrical components are from Schneider, Siemens, ABB and other international well-known brands, the protection degree electronic control box is less than IP54,IP55.
