E71T-GS is a self shielding all position flux cored welding wire
for single pass applications.

E71T-GS self-shielding flux cored welding wire

E71T-GS is a self shielding all position flux cored welding wire for single pass applications. The use of DC straight polarity minimizes the risk of burn through. Is excellent on lap and fillet welds on thin mild steels.

1. It is suitable for semi-automatic welding where the impact tenacity is not applicable. It is used for the thin plate of welding with single pass welding, overlap welding, angle welding and butt welding.
Dry extension of electrode should be controled between 15mm and 25mm.

AWS A5.20 E71T-GS/E71T-11 is used in all positions for welding especialy in vertical up welding.It is good in crack resistance.

2. Description

YC-E501T-GS/11 is a gasless self-shielding flux cored wire for all-positions and

multilayer welding with smooth stable arc,low spatter,easy slag revoval and excellent

apperance.It operates on DC straight polarity,and welds carton steel.
