We specialize in producing flux cored wire, our R&D center works closely with the professional experts and professors from different universitis and national research institutes. Our manufacture facility owns the advanced production equipment, up -to-dated inspection/measurement instrument and the perfect evaluation and quality control systems, we have ISO 9001:2000 certificate.We have 18 production lines with the capacity of 50,000tons per year. Our E71T-1 FCW performs very low spattering, high effective vertical welding, very stable arc and fast welding rate. The diffusible hydrogen content in the deposited metal reaches 3.5ml/100g, which significant avoid the cold cracking and porosity. We are the only FCW supplier in China has 3YH5 certification. We are also the biggest and best quality supplier in China for E71T-GS and E71T-11 self-shielding FCW products.
