Product Description

 

1. Description:

Bread Crumb Pulverizer consists of three layers of knives. The first layer of knives contains two series of flat knives which cut the loaf bread into sheets. The second layer of knives are composed of 8 pieces slope knives spread evenly on the main axis which cut the bread sheets into strips. When the bread strips comes down to the third layers knives, owing to the coordination 24 pieces of teeth cutter and different specifications of sieve net, the bread strips are made into different sizes.

 

2. Raw materials: adopts wheat as ingredients

 

3. Products: Mainly used for dressing on fried food, like beefsteak, chicken leg, chicken wing, etc  

 

4. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h, 500kg/h

 

5. Flow chart:Raw material---mixing---extruding---shaping---crushing---conveying---drying---air conveying---siftting---packing
