Automatic Vertical Pillow Pouch Chips Snack Packing Machine
1.The machine is suitable to use packing solid material, such as puffed food, shrimp slice, peanuts, popcorn, chocolate, seeds etc. which the shape is roll, grain, slice.
2.The packing machine consists of a tool box, two horizontal sealing heat rods, two vertical sealing heat rod, two cutters, three open spanners, a set hex key wrench, a copper brush, two screw drivers, a belt, two thermocouple and a printer accessories. The components all are from famous brand.
3.The processes of measuring, making, filling, sealing, code printing, cutting and counting etc. can be done automatically.
4.)Controlled by PLC, easy operation, the parameter setting is convenient and easy.
5.)Check weigher, metal detect machine and finished product conveyor are optional for customers.
