Automatic Corn flakes/Breakfast cereals machine/Extruder/Processing Line
1. Description: It is mainly made from corn powder and form very cute ring shape after extrusion. It is a new choice for your breakfast after mixing with milk. Designed as a kind of breakfast cereal, it is crunchy taste and water resisting property make you have something in mouth for chewing, but not hard. To make cute rings, our company has three types production lines by capacity 150kg/hr, 240kg/hr and 500kg/hr.
2. Raw materials: adopts corn flour as raw materials
3. Products: This line can be used to produce corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snacks, cereals by adjusting the moulds from extruder
4. Capacity: 150kg/h, 260kg/h, 500kg/h

6. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries

1. Packing: The product will be packed into wooden case, then into containers.
2. Transportation: According to what the buyer's requirement, we provide transport agent, buyer pay the transfer fee.
9.Production period
The machine will be delivered from factory during 20 working days after receive the buyer's advance payment.
10.Quality guarantee
The quality of equipment will be guaranteed for one year based on correct operation of buyer.
11.Testing & training
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, accommodation, and US$50/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians.
