Snack Pellet Bugles Chips Food Machine
1. Description:
Fried Bugle snack food machine/pellet chip processing line is designed for making the pellets, chips, fried snacks by single screw extruder machine. Raw materials can be potato starch, corn starch, wheat flour, cassava starch etc. Through the extruder cooking, the snacks can be shaped in many different shapes, like shell, screw, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying and frying, flavoring with the flavor powder can get delicious snacks food.
2. Raw materials: Automatic puffed corn snacks making machine / snack production lineadopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients
3. Products:
Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder
4. Capacity:
150kg/h(ZH65), 240kg/h(ZH70), 500kg/h(ZH85)

Testing & training
bugle snacks making machine layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, accommodation, and US$30/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians.
