I. Main process
Hot rolling seamless pipe manufacturing line has the advantages of no need pickling, phosphoroused and saponification, low investment , high precision of finished tube, short of processes, heat one time then continuous producing and achieve finial production.
Producing technique flow is as follows: billet cutting--inspection and grinding--billet centening--billet heating--two roller skew roll piercer--two roll A-R elomgator with restricted mandrel--three roller twelve-stander sizing M-C machine assembly--large and small cooling bed--seven-roller vertical pipe straightener--grinding and testing--cutting--inspection and marking--packing--weighing--stock.
