1. Body: MDF+Glossy baking paint
MDF is of strong strength, and smooth surface, so far the best material for glossy baking paint. During painting, 3 times basic paint and 4 times surface paint are needed to ensure durable usage and glossy look.
2. Cabinets and drawers.
It is finished with lamination-HPL. And HPL contains good impact resistance, dent resistance, moisture resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance and edge chipping resistance. Surely it can ensure the cabinet a long service life.
It equipped with automatic hinge and tracks. When close the door, it won't lead to loud crash.
3. Advertising box-painting light boxes.
The poster inside the boxes can be changed as you like. And it is easy to operate. It is made of two layer acrylic panels, one is for light homogenizing and another is for poster fixation. For large painting light boxes, fluorescent lamps, T4/T5, are used for illumination. For small and thin one, LED strip is used.
4. Glass fence.
It is made of frosted tempered glass and hot bending glass. For corner or non-linear position, hot bending glass will be used.
6. Bottom protection- kicking.
It is of 100-150mm height, made of brushed stainless steel.
7. Glass Display case.
It is also made of tempered glass or hot bending glass. Cases are lockable.
For better using experience, for each kiosk, we will spare a fixed position for cashier installation. As to its shape and size, both can be customized.
