Introduction:
Drawing steel extension machine is the use of hot rolled coiled lubricant through the lubrication, drawing and roll mother pulled into account the conditioning film, and extends to reducing the length, ultimately achieve customer satisfaction, the diameter and length of the steel.
Specifications:
This series Wire Drawing Machine consist of Dry-drawing Machines,Water-tank Drawing Machines of vareties and Auxiliary Facilities,suitable for drawing low&high carbon steel wire,brass & aluminium wire which are the main materials for production of galavanized iron wire& nails,wire nettings,wire ropes,Cable Wire and etc.New models of revised designs sre also possible upon request.
The drawing equipment consists of main reduction box, die casing, wheel frame, wire brace and electeical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are verticaly fixed in sealed box body. The gear are lubricated with oil.
In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block, the cooling means is installed in interwall of the block.
The machine runs with carwl or linkage. The safety halt gear is installed by the position of operating block
Usage:This drawing machines is a ideal equipment drawing wire stock of high, medium and carbon steel, as well as copper, alumium, and alloy.
The machines are applied to drawing wire in the factories such as wire-steel factory, metal mesh factory and nail making factory etc.
