SF360S Adsorption single facer machine
•Primary structure
•1.Flute molding part :top flute roller, bottom flute roller,pressure roller
•2.Preheater part: top preheater roller , bottom preheater roller
•3.Sizing part: doctor roller, gluing roller, glue tank , glue pipe , glue adjust plate(manual partition pulp),screw shaft glue adjusting motor(Electric partition pulp); gule pump (prepare by yourself)
•4.Vacuum adsorption equipment:vacuum box , fan,pipe and so on. The function is the corrugated pit groove formed in the vacuum, the corrugated board of adsorption in the roller of roller surface, in order to accept the sizing and smoothly into the bonded area with tissue paper.
•5.Drive part:main motor , independent gear box , universal joint or joint
•6.Steam (oil) pipe,pneumatic element, electric control
•Design speed: 120—180m/min
•Effective width: 1400mm—2500mm
•Corrugated roller diameter : Φ280mm—φ360mm
•Vacuum suction type pulling cardboard with wind control device
•Glue roller and fixed roller are designed to groups guide way slippage load—unload, convenient and swift
•Used Gimbal drive with independent gear box, transmission more stable, close style gear transmission oiliness lubricated,prolong the use life of gear
•The upper corrugating roller,pressure roller and glue roller adopt pneumatic control
•Flute roller and pressure roller adopt high temperature resistant lubrication grease
•Electric insulating glue device. Gluing part can separately running when machine stop to prevent from glue is dry
•Manual adjust the gluing quantity or electric adjustment
•The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high guality alloy steel, after heat-treatment.The rigidity is HRC58-60 °,the surface are whetted and plating chrome.
