The working principle of animal feed pellet extruding machine
By adopting of extrusion though extruder’s uneven distance & non standard screw system, the materials are quick filled with other materials by discharging air in, the materials start to return by shear force, so that the pressure of chamber become stronger ; With friction of screw and chamber, the materials are fully mixed, extruded, heated, glued to make it gelatinization, thus the original structure of materials was destroyed; Meanwhile, the mechanical energy transformed into heat by friction of chamber, so that the materials be gelled state with flow properties; While the materials are extruded to the exit, the high pressure transformed to transient pressure instantly, and high temperature tansformed to transient temperature, then water evaporate quickly from the organizational structure, so that numerous pores formed in internal structure, then through the cutting device & cooling, finally, extrusion finished.
