Structure Trait
1. It is a bridge style convey set that take single-side corrugated cardboard processed by single facer exactly transmit to tension brake or suction brake through conveyor belt for next process.
2. Adopt tensioner suction device, use 3kw high-pressure centrifugal inverter blower vacuum absorb tensional cardboard, electrmotion lift-fight adjustment, insure cardboard agglutinate firmly and flat.
3. Two sets of operating panel are installed in the electrical control thereby whatever on the bridge and under the bridge both can be adjusted.
4. Paper receiving section adopt unattached variable frequency control drive synchronize with single facer, take single-side corrugated cardboard that processed by each single facers sent to the bridge. On the bridge can remain certain reserve volume of single-side corrugated board to compensation for changes in the speed of production lines. And finally transported
to multiple warm-up be preheated again then sent to glue machine and double facer to agglutinate and molding.
5. Matched feed paper transport aircraft with two sets of inclined conveyor belt set. Slow accumulation conveyor to form the overlapping wave-like to accomplish reserving single facer corrugated cardboard purpose.
