Function and Characteristics:
Corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard. This production line can complete many procedures of press corrugation, gluing, drying, cooling and molding, slitting and creasing, lateral cutting for roll papers, stacking and so on to produce quality cardboard. The production line preformed finishing and processing effectively and fast. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 60～220m/min; the paper width 1600～2200mm(or users appoint) and four fluting UV type A,B,C,E options.
5ply corrugated cardboard production line not only can produce 5ply corrugated cardboard, but also 3ply corrugated cardboard. Widely usage. It mainly used for TV, refrigerator, fruit, cigarettes, drinks etc.
Heating type: Steam and thermal oil heating.
