Introduction of wood sawdust dryer
Wood /sawdust dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on. The moisture of wet materials is at 20 to 30%. The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.
Structure of the sawdust dryer
The structure of the dryer include : firebox, flame path, screw conveyor, rotary drum, pulse pipe, exhaust blower(fan) and cyclone.
The feature of the dryer: by controlling the heat from the firebox according to the water content of the raw material to achieve the purpose of drying, it also can dry the raw material which has a big moisture.
Working principle of the sawdust dryer
The function of the dryer is to dry the excess moisture from the raw material and to be the suitable moisture material that we needed. The firebox produces heat(and the heat producer could be all kinds of fuel except the poisonous materials) ,through the power of the exhaust fan and through the full contacts between the rotary drum and raw material, make the raw material to be heated and then dry the excess moisture. there is a spiral feeding device which is in regular order in the rotary drum, through the fall height of the rotary drum and the full mix of the heat and the raw material, dry the raw material, then the raw material is drawn by the exhaust blower to the pulse pipe and after the pipe, it will be sent to the cyclone to be separated, then the dried raw material will come out.

Installation of wood sawdust dryer
1. The equipment should be installed on the basis of the horizontal concrete, fastened by the foundation bolt.
2. The dryer body should be vertical with the level when installation.
3. Check the bolt from all the parts, assure it fastened.
4. Equipped with the power line and control the switch according to the equipment.
5. After check, it can be production after the normally testing.
