Features of Type TL-QWJ-A Its way of working is different from the Type TL-QDJ-A or B cutters without turning action but straightforward and cutting, mainly used to form a complete set with the Hydraulic Roofing Tiles Press Type TL-YWJ-100 and TL Vacuum Extruder serials, worked between Extruder and Press to make required length cutting of semi-finished green tiles, which width was formed by mould when extruded, after the continuous clay column being roughly cut, then be transferred and fed manually or automatically to the press to form final tiles. It is necessary in production lines of roofing tiles featured with compact structure, flexible to use and easy to handle. | |
