automatic feeding system
Function:
The feeding system is mainly used to convey feed from the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the converying openging/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.
Performance parameters of feeding line system:

2. V-shaped Bin ( with Hopper)
Bin Volume: 115L, Hopper volume: 38L
Material: Hot-DIP galvanized sheet
3. Feeding system
Diameter of conveying pip: Φ 45mm
Material: Hot-DIP galvanized steel pipe with the zinc coating amount of more than 275 g/m2
Helical spring auger from South Africa, feeding capacity: 450kg/h.
4. Material level sensor from Israel: Time delay range 0 to 2 hours

LP-03 Product Description (NEW PRODUCT)
1.Product Description
LP-03 feed pan consist of bottom,grid,adjusting tank,switch-off slice and head of feed pan, the detailed description as below:
1,1 Bottom of feed pan:
Corrugated bottom can prevent chicken shaking heads in low cost to some extent. And the way to connected grid is outer buckle way which is easy to install and disassemble.
1,2 Grid:
14 girds can make more meat chicken eat at the same time, and by through the grids and gear shift, perform shift adjusting.
1,3 Inner core:
Inner barrel with shifts with girds, then adjust the gear shifts. The connection with pan head is embedded way.
1,4 Switch slice :
It is easy to push the switch slice by hand.
1,5 Top of feed pan:
Top of feed pan installed by embedded way which can reduce the broken percent.
2.Analysis
LP-03 is better than previous two pans in four aspects:
1, Top of feed pan made by embedded way improve the strength ,and improve the problem of pan head breakage caused by previous two kinds of pans.
2, Switch slice change into the limited way, and it is easy to install and disassemble.
3, By lifting the gear shifts way,it is clear and easy to adjust.
4, Increase the thickness of bottom of pan, grid and inner barrel, reduce the breakage percent.
